Nicola Prinsloo, entrepreneur, business coach and an activist for community upliftment and enterprise development grew up in the Free State where she obtained a B.Sc. (Math Cum Laude) degree.  She started her career in the Financial Services Industry and achieved the status of senior bank manager at an early age of 26. After completing her MBL (Cum Laude) in 1995, Nicola started her own business and has spent most of her career as an entrepeneur and business owner.
"I have learned what business owners need to do to build the business they want.  That experience, combined with my training as an Internation Business Coach in Las Vegas, USA in 2011, makes me a formidable resource for business owners".
"I've been an entrepreneur for more than 20 years and also been active in farming for more than 10 years.  My interest in entrepreneurship and my passion and love for farming and my mission to make a difference, has driven me to start developing innovative concepts to improve farming in South Africa. I want to use that experience and what I've learned in business to make a difference in other people's lives and businesses in the industries that I love".
One of the highlights of my career was winning the National Entrepreneur Business Woman of the Year Award in 1998, in a business that I started and built up from scratch. I use skills learned first-hand as well as formal training to help other entrepreneurs to build up successful and sustainable businesses. My personal interest is farming and I want to make a big difference and a huge impact in the farming industry of South Africa. I have a passion to help other people in their business and their skills development by sharing my skills and capabilities with them and make a difference that will impact beyond my lifespan.

Rulie Bronkhorst

Training and Operations Director

Willem Hermanus Bronkhorst, (Rulie) Born and bred in the Limpopo province. I matriculated at Kuschke Agricultural School near Polokwane, formally known as Pietersburg. I spent weekends and holidays farming on the family farm near Mokopane, formally known as Potgietersrus, and this has given me vast knowledge in farming. After school I completed my training as an Artisan in three automotive trades, namely Petrol-, Diesel- and Tractor Mechanic.  In 1989 I completed my diploma in Transport Economics and started a career in training in 1993 with Scania SA. I also obtained a vast knowledge of Mechanisation while working as National Training Manager for John Deere SA. Because training has always been my passion I noticed that there is a high demand for trained people in our country and that promted me to start my own training company, to assist and guide people to take the correct steps to reach their goals, and that in turn assists in realising my life's goal, Proudly Developing People!
